What a whirlwind of networking and inspiration at WCEU 2024 in the beautiful city of Turin, Italy! Our OSTraining.com booth location was prime, right across from the swag table, ensuring a steady stream of attendees stopping by to chat and pick up our goodies. We gave away all the swag we brought, which made my luggage, not to mention my back, very happy on the journey home!
The events were stellar, starting with the “Do the Woo” party held on the grounds of an actual Italian castle just outside of town—talk about a scenic setting! The Elementor/Cloudways party in the plaza was a cool city venue and you could hear one another outside, essential for networking. The Pride Party was vibrant and loud, which was fine, because it’s all about dancing for me at that party. And of course, the final party was the perfect send-off, even though I was exhausted after days of networking. But, I always try to go and hunt down friends, old and new, to say goodbye and wish them safe travels.
I also managed to sneak in some sightseeing, which was a highlight of the trip. My cousin joined me, and we explored both Turin and Milan. While Milan was bustling and full of energy, I found myself more drawn to the calmer, more serene vibe of Turin.
Looking ahead, I’m beyond excited for next year’s WCEU, especially since it’s in one of my bucket list countries—Switzerland! If I don’t catch you at WCUS 2024 in Portland, I’ll definitely see you next year in Switzerland for WCEU 2025!
